This summer treat brings the flavor with tons of peaches and blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut up, plus more for pan
  • 4 cups diced fresh peaches
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. pure almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • Year-Round Cobbler Crust

Directions

    1. Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly butter an 8-by-8-inch baking pan.
    2. Step 2Stir together butter, peaches, blueberries, sugar, flour, lemon zest, vanilla, almond, and salt in a bowl; transfer to prepared pan. Top with Year-Round Cobbler Crust.
    3. Step 3Bake until crust is golden brown and mixture is bubbly, 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
