Ingredients
- Butter, for greasing pan
- 2 1/2 cups biscuit baking mix, such as Bisquick
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Step 1Heat oven to 350°F. Generously butter a 9- by 5- by 3-inch loaf pan.
- Step 2Add all ingredients to pan and mix with a fork until fully combined. Place in oven and bake until a wooden skewer inserted into center of loaf comes out clean, about 1 hour.
