This three-cheese macaroni and cheese casserole is ready in snap and oh so delicious. Stewed tomatoes and oregano give it a unique touch. This recipe is originally from Marilyn Gabler of Fort Worth, TX.

Ingredients
- 2 cups shell macaroni
- 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup grated provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (15-ounce) can diced stewed tomatoes, drained
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 tsp. fresh oregano
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and transfer to a 4-cup casserole dish. Stir in remaining ingredients and bake until bubbling, about 30 minutes.
