Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- All-purpose flour, for work surface
- 1 sheet puff pastry (from a 17.3-ounce package), thawed
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon
- 4 oz. thinly sliced deli ham
- 4 oz. Gruyère cheese, grated (about 1 cup)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Chopped fresh chives, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a large, parchment paper–lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Step 2On a floured work surface, roll puff pastry into a 12-by-16-inch rectangle. Top with mustard, spreading to edges. Top with ham then cheese. Season with pepper. - Step 3Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature topped with chives.
