Serve this easy dip with breadsticks or grissini.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. crumbled goat cheese (about 1 cup), at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped, plus more for serving
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Grissini or breadsticks, for serving

Directions

    1. Step 1Process goat cheese and ricotta in a food processor until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and fold in scallions, parsley, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. 
    2. Step 2Top with parsley and drizzle with oil before serving. Serve with grissini or breadsticks alongside.
