On April 7, Reba McEntire will return to host the Academy of Country Music Awards for the 16th time. But even when she's not hosting, she's no stranger to the ACM Awards—in fact, Reba holds the title of most-nominated female artist of all time, with 47 nominations (she currently has 16 ACM Awards on her trophy shelf). In celebration of country music's leading lady, we're taking a look back at Reba's most memorable ACM Awards outfits through the years. Whether she's rocking a pantsuit, a poncho, or a sparkling gown, Reba is always the belle of the country music ball.

In 1985, Reba McEntire won Top Female Vocalist for the second time; she would go on to win the award a total of 7 times (plus a special award for Most Female Vocalist Wins in 2005). This year, Reba is nominated in the category once again, for the 16th time.

Beading and shoulder pads and big hair, oh my! Reba went full '80s on the ACMs red carpet in 1986, which was also the first year she hosted, alongside alongside Mac Davis and John Schneider.
At the 26th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, Reba won Top Female Vocalist and Video of the Year for "Is There Life Out There."

Reba may be willing to get gussied up for award shows, but like any true country gal, she prefers her Levi's. "If I had to wear one outfit for the rest of my life, it'd be jeans and a long sleeve t-shirt or sweater," Reba once told CountryLiving.com. "And boots, gotta have my boots."
At the 30th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, Reba kept it simple in a black skirt suit. That year, she won Top Female Vocalist and Entertainer of the Year.
