White Sparkling Sangria

Full of fresh fruit and two types of white wine, this sparkling sangria will be a huge hit at your next brunch, Easter lunch, or nighttime soirée.

Ingredients
- 1 (750-ml) bottle dry white wine
- 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice, plus 1 grapefruit, halved and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 orange, halved and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 (8-ounce) package strawberries, stemmed and halved
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 (750-ml) bottle sparkling white wine
Directions
- Step 1Combine wine, grapefruit juice and grapefruit slices, orange slices, strawberries, and pineapple in a large pitcher. Refrigerate at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
- Step 2Fill large glasses with ice. Fill each glass halfway with sangria, then top with sparkling wine.
