Honey Mustard-Glazed Canadian Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. pure honey
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Sriracha
- 12 oz. thinly sliced Canadian bacon
Directions
- Step 1Whisk together honey, mustard, and Sriracha in a bowl.
- Step 2Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon, in batches, until beginning to brown, 1 to 2 minutes. Brush with a tiny bit of honey mustard, flip, and brush second side; cook until golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining bacon and glaze.
