Hibiscus-Mint Lemonade
This pretty-in-pink lemonade gets it colorful hue from hibiscus tea.

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 2 hibiscus tea bags
Directions
- Step 1Combine lemon juice, sugar, and mint in a mason jar. Muddle with a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon until mint is bruised. Add tea bags. Tightly screw on the lid, and shake until the sugar is dissolved, about 1 minute. Let sit 1 hour; discard tea bags.
- Step 2Pour sugar mixture into a large pitcher. Top with 6 cups water and ice. Serve over ice garnished mint sprigs.
