Ideal for couples, it has a single attic bedroom with a cosy den and a comfortable double bed tucked perfectly under the original wooden beams of the ceiling.
The sitting room has been modelled around the real wood-burning stove and is the perfect spot to curl up after a windswept walk along the estate's very own beach.
The compact but chic kitchen comes with a Rayburn, which gives the room a cosy and inviting appeal, while the bathroom has a large free-standing bath and views over the orchard for indulgent and pampering tub time.
The views from the cottage are wonderful, too, stretching out to the rolling hills of the local countryside that lead to the beauty of the local beach and the Atlantic Ocean — with not another house in sight.
But that's not all: there's also a wood-fire pizza oven for alfresco dining and plenty of space for your furry friend to stretch their legs.
The lodge is a part of the Galloway House Estate and so it has great access to a long list of other amenities, including a tennis court, golf course, a large games room and easy access to sea and fresh water fishing. The estate's own beach is just a short 10-minute walk away, and the rustic grounds are perfect for long romantic strolls.
