Addisford, an extended Grade II listed 17th century cottage set in approximately 11 acres with glorious gardens and a pool house, was once the home of the late photographer James Ravilious.
Ravilious specialised in recording the rural life in a small area of north Devon (he took 80,000 black and white pictures over a period of 17 years) and it's easy to see how he drew so much of his inspiration from where he lived.
