Kirstie Allsopp's countryside holiday home, Meadowgate Cottage, which has featured on Channel 4's Kirstie's Homemade Home and Kirstie's Handmade Britain, is available to rent via Classic Cottages – and there's now 25% off for parties of six or less.

From 26th September until 17th October, smaller groups can stay at the cottage for a reduced rate. Planning a staycation? This is the perfect place to come for ultimate relaxation.

Meadowgate Cottage sits at the bottom of Welcombe's deep valley in North Devon and has plenty of quirky features throughout.

Restored with Kirstie's personal touch, you'll find Vanessa Arbuthnott fabrics, the presenter's own gold and black wallpaper in the downstairs washroom, and an eclectic mix of furniture. In the living room, the roaring fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere, while the AGA in the kitchen is a warming backdrop at every mealtime.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, a twin room and an additional twin bunk room, which the kids are sure to run to upon arrival. You'll also find a sixth bedroom, although this is separate from the main house and sits above the games room.

Meadowgate's charming garden is a sun-trap in the warmer months and perfect for hosting barbecues. With plenty of green space, both kids and your four-legged friends will find it the perfect place to stretch their legs.

Kirsty frequents Meadowgate for staycations with her family, previously explaining on Twitter: "Meadowgate is our family holiday home, we go there for holidays & rent it out to other families."

Adventure-seekers will be pleased to know that there are plenty of scenic walking routes close by, plus breathtaking views all around. You may even fancy a long lunch at the locally-run pubs. According to the locals, they're the best in the area.
