Be sure to cover the bowl with a damp cloth while using to prevent a crust from forming. If using for the Gingerbread Truck, you may want to double the recipe depending on how much "snow" you want on the base.

4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup meringue powder
6 Tbsp. water

Directions

1. Step 1Beat sugar, meringue powder, and water on medium speed with an electric mixer until firm enough to pipe but still spreadable.
