Chopping the tomato and crumbling the bacon makes for an easy-to-eat version of this classic sandwich.

Ingredients
- 1 loaf White bread
- mayonnaise
- 3 red tomatoes
- 1 package bacon
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Step 1Spread one side of each slice of bread with a thin coating of mayonnaise.
- Step 2Layer half of the slices with finely diced tomatoes and spoon on a bit of the crumbled bacon over them. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 3Place the remaining slices of bread on top of the prepared bacon and tomato layers. Take cookie cutter (in desired shape) and "cut out" the sandwiches (it may help to use a knife to trim around the cookie cutter for a cleaner cut).
