Trying to come up with a dinner plan night after night can feel exhausting. If you're trying to cut some complications out, a ground beef casserole is an easy way to do it.
Because casseroles cook largely unattended, you'll have a little more time to yourself while dinner is cooking. And because they're so big, you can stretch one into two or three days of meals for your family! And ground beef is always a crowd-pleaser.
Below, find 20 of our favorite ground beef bakes, from shepherd's pie to hot dish, from lasagna to tortilla casserole. These stick-t0-your-ribs meals will ensure no one goes hungry!

Tamale Pie

If you're suffering some of the what's-for-dinner blahs, try spicing it up with a Tex-Mex meal! Tamale pie is one of our favorites.
It cooks largely on its own, and we haven't known leftovers to last longer than a day, max.
A little taco seasoning, some corn tortillas, a can of enchilada sauce, cover it with cheese and boom! You've got a powerhouse meal for four (or for two, with leftovers) ready to go.
Plan accordingly because you're going to want this classic lasagna! Cook the homemade sauce a day or two in advance, and the rest of the recipe is mostly hands-off. It's well worth the effort, and the results will feed a crowd or keep for easy-to-reheat leftovers.
Lasagna: The original casserole! This one-pan version earns its place at your table by being not only delicious, but easy and, at just 40 minutes from prep to table, pretty fast, too!
These individually portioned pies from chef Wolfgang Puck can be frozen and reheated when you're looking for a simple meal. He calls for lamb; we say use ground beef!
